How to update the Template was created by joomlaplates

Template updates are only displayed in Joomla but are they will no be installed automatically.
Please download the latest template version and install it manually
  1. Download the newest Version of the Template and install it
  2. Download always the newest language file and install it
  3. Download newest Astroid Framework and install it ( Usually Astroid will be installed automatically updated by Joomla System
