Contact single item tip-tool

Hello, i bought today the template SCENE.
What's wrong with the contact form?

At this time, i just installed the quickstart for joomla 3.

And where can i change the background of the template? Is it just in the css file?
(I found it! Button Customizer in the template)

And by the template i have a comment: Download Warp Theme Framework 7.2.7
But where can i download the latest framework? If i click on the link, i can't find it.

1.) Please enable the Bootstrap from Template parameter that fixed the contact form tip
2.) Warp framework can be done right here, read instructions
