Error with RokSprocket in line 36 in template Gale

Hi,

I buy the subscription "Start up membership", and install the quick start template "Galeria".

In the index appears the following issue:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_split() in /home/ninobar/public_html/components/com_roksprocket/lib/RokSprocket/Util/HTMLManipulator.phpon line 36"

How can I fix it?

Which Joomla version and which module version do you use?
You can update the roksprocket module very easy:
1.) Components > Updates > Search updates

And please make sure that your server/provider is Joomla ready and has the following requirements:
-PHP 5.3+
-PHP Multibyte String support
-PHP JSON support
-PHP DOM XML support
