activate layout like in quickstart package was created by webmasterpusch

i need urgent help. i bought the JP ultimate and implemented it to an existing site.n but there the layout is different to the one which appaers if i install the template with the quickstart package (triangle logo etc.)
How can i easily activate the same layout like in quickstart on an page where i can not use the qucikstart package.

The triangle is an image file on logo module position.
