[SOLVED] Want Module H1 Titles to match Article H1 Titles

I changed the colour scheme to Green and all the article H1 titles display in green.

Pls. check me out on this:
To get my Module H1 Titles to look the same, do I need to do this:

• (reading off firebug:) create a custom modules.css file and add an h1 tag to it
• place that custom file in a folder called (?) and
• will the custom folder reside in the same directory as I see modules.css resides?
