No image on mobile

The side image shows for a second when the mobile site appears. Then it is gone.

Also need to change the color of the mobile menu button so it will show up in image.

Hi there,
1.) On our org Theme the background image is working ( see image attached), did you customize anything?
2.) The mobile menu ( offcanvas) can be customized at the customizer

The only thing I can think of is that I have to have JQuery running for a component.
