I want replace 1 module position : Joomla Template (Attachment)

This is not a module position, its the Joomla content.
If you want to remove this you have disable the system output:
1.) Template Options > Layout
2.) Create a new layout
3.) Assign this layout to the menu item
4.) Disable the System Output for this layout
