[SOLVED] Menu Extension

Hi there,

the new website nearly is ready to go online, the template "snowflake" is working perfect and I have learned to give my website a good structure, but I have a problem with the menu structure: it is not clear enough or not such easy to use for customers as I would like to have it!

I would like to have a menu (extension) beside the dropdown part - when you click to a theme or holiday region in my case. Then it would be very helpful for users when there opens a side field with all the items which you may choose in this area or region. See my scribble in the attachment.
To run the menu with more menu levels will produce a very long drop down menu which is not easily understandable even if I choose 2 rows or more and on mobile devices it is not practicable, because to long !

So what to do???

My question: Is it possible in the fantastic "snowflake" template to create such a intelligent menu or must I load an extension or something from a third party... ?

Thanks for your help or your answer - may be this is easy but I have no idea what to do.

Hello Pedro,
I know what do you mean, but a third level sidemenu is not possible with Warp based Themes.
But you can try to use another menu extension like "maxi menu"

But here you have add your own menu style and start to customize the maximenu.

OK - Thanks for the quick answer and the link to Maximenu-CK. First I will try to built up the menu in between the possibilities of Warp based Themes. The only target is to keep a menu as simple and as user friendly as possible - on PC as well as on Tablets or Mobile Phones. Lets see if there are other creativ ideas in the progress....

Or do you have an idea to bring a menue for example to the right sidebar which shows the third level items when someone is on the second level...? (in Warp based Theme like SnowFlake). Any help or idea will be appreciated!
