Sidebar in % & Template-Save-Button in Joomla3.4.4

By Default, I can assign a value in % for the width in steps 20-50%
Where can I assign a value like 33% - in Firebug there is no hint.

After changes in the template, the Save/Close-Button in Joomla 3.4.4 does not reacts - I have to 1. Save and 2. Close.
Any tipp?
