good contact webform with HiFi template

Hi,
I have the latest HiFi template.
I installed Joomla 3, the latest easyblog and I need to install a good contact us webform, using the purchased template. I didn't find any in this template and the default joomla is a little poor.
Do you have an advice for a good (with some security like captcha), HiFi compatible, contact form page ?
