MainMenu as scroll-Menu

Fist: Thanks for the great Template. It´s great and the documentation helps me with most of my questions.

I changed my main-menu entries in level 1 to behave as scroll-Menu as described in the documentation zu scroll to the different module positions. Works perfekt.

But I also added some menu items in level 2 which do not display all the modules. If such a page is displayed and I click on a menu-item of level 1 it does not work, because the link (e.g #top-a) does not point to a visible Module. I have to click on "home" first to display all the modules again.

Is there a possibility to change the link of the scroll-menu-entries so that the full page (Home-button) is loaded again and scrolled to the desired position?

Is the scroll function not working in sublevel menu item?

And the scroll function is only available if there exists a module position where you want to scroll.
Its not possible to scroll to a new page > position
