where to switch off the sticky menu

Hi,
I would like to switch off sticky menu on some o my pages. I wnet to extensions/templates/jp-sounds/options/layouts/sticky-off, then changed the assignments but it doesn't change on the front end.
It says: "Store your modifications in a layout profile and assign it to different pages. The default layout will be used on pages without an assigned layout." Where can I do what kind of modifications in the layout. Please help me to understand what it means.

you are wrong, please delete the sticky-off from layouts folders.
You can do this with profile settings: Here is a video how to do that
