pulling content with links

Hi< I am wondering why content (articles) does not feed to the links when they are added to social media. It just lists the domain name. Could you tell me what I can do here? Id like to have an excerpt of the article added.

The included social links are based on Warp framework and I think its not a good solution.
I would take another social extension where you can select which article has a social icon and which article not.
