[SOLVED] Custom.css

Hi JP

My custom.css file does not seem to be working. I have already inserted the following code
body {background:#FF0000 !important}
but there was no response on the website.

This is the path to my custom.css file
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/templates/jp-inspire/css/custom.css">

I cannot see why the site is not responding. Any ideas?
