Panel title - appears twice

Panel title - appears twice was created by SwimAdmin

i have used the Articles - newsflash module. The title is displayed twice, which looks very odd.
i would like the title to be only displayed once. How can I do this?

1. Headline = Module Title
2. Headline = Article Title

Sorry, but seems to be a Joomla system question and have nothing todo with the template!
