Can't change background's logo for an image was created by indiana jones

Hi, I tried to customize the css through "top outer" and "uk container" divs with "image background url"to display an image instead of the color . It doesn't change anything. Can you help us please. Thanks in advance

Problem solved.
It seems to works only with an absolute URL
background-image: url(' mysite.com/images/image.jpg ');
