I had buy the template but i don't receive it.

Morning! today I had buy the Surfing template, but i buy in log out mode here ( demo.joomlaplates.com/#Surfing ), so i don't know how can i receive it.
I wrote on support@joomlaplates.com but I was not given response. It is urgent and I do not know how to do.
