responsive navmenu NOT showing

Hi,

How can I show the Logo and navigation menu in responsive view? Now only the background is showing without the actual menu..

This theme comes with 2 special module positions for mobile view:
1.) logo-small = mobile logo
2.) off-canvas = mobile menu
