The variable is this:
background-color: rgba (244,244,244,0.7);
I would change from 0.7 to 0.2

you can change it at the template options > layout:

That setting is for mobile devices.
I was interested to change the setting for viewing on your desktop.

No, this setting is for all devices and not only for mobile devices.
Please remove all layouts if you dont need.
