less issue and customizer issue

I have created a website ( www.arfu.nl ) using jp_bike which is a copy of the same site in a development environment. The site works fine except for 2 issues:
-1- the customizer does not work (message = theme is not customisable). I have checked the solutions on yootheme.com/support/question/75099 but none of these is applicable.
-2- I am using a custom less file, located in a custom style directory, and an @import rule in style.less. This works fine when I set the less options to 'Compile LESS in the browser on every page load., but when I disable that and compile the less files it does not work, and if I check check the complied cs file it seems that the custom less file from the original (development) website is used. This mechanism works fine in the development website as well in another operational website.

Any ideas what is wrong here?

Why? Maybe ere is your issue!

Please delete this less file and check again.
You dont need a custom less file, please use only a css/custom.css file.
