3 version template in the same site

Hallo, I need a website with 3 versione of the template, so some pages will be:
1) template with logo on the right
2) template with logo on the left
3) template with logo centered (default)
The problem is when I change the template 1), all the changes compares also in template 2);
so I can't realize one version with logo on the right and one with logo on the left.
