Meanwhile in some templates, such as the Group Template, the Top Menu changes from lateral toolbar to horizontal toolbar when the screen is resized, in the Medical template the toolbar remain in the same format.
Is it possible to gain the same effect on the Medical template?

Hi there,
the toolbar is not visible for small devices.
Delete the css class uk-hidden-small from > layouts/theme.php to change it
