Timeline appearance on phone and internet explorer

I have another problem with the appearance of the timline in Kazumi template: it's not visible in Internet explorer, only in Google Chrome. On the phone I see only on the left the vertical line. How can this be fixed?

I cant see any problems in mobile version or Edge Browser.
Which version of Explorer do you use?

Internet explorer is Ok, it appears very slowly, but it's ok.
But on my smartphone, I can't see it. Maybe Some code is wrong written when I was customizing the template?

I have check the theme with Andriod 6.x and Iphone and everything is ok
