Phone/Responsive menu was created by Kobytoo

I'm trying to show someone how easy it is to create a great website using your templates and Joomla. However, when I view the site on a mobile or small screen device I don't see a menu (the module in the menu position) as I have done on other templates. I was expecting a drop down menu as a replacement. What have I omitted to do?
