Error: Identifier "template" is not defined.:

After several times i'm not able to install the demo of inspire (joomla)
I got the following error message:

Error: Identifier "template" is not defined.: Identifier "path" is not defined

Any idea what i have to do?
The default templates are working well. I also did a complete fresh installation of Quickstart like you explained in the documentation. (new database etc. )
