Hi,
I've uploaded and installed the mod_super_simple_contact_form_v_1_5.zip
How do I get the contactform with Google maps on the frontpage?
On the same place just above the footer like the "perfect" theme....

P.S.
The ICE theme is great! Super design!

Hi there, its simple
create 2 custom modules at bottom-d and publish the contact form and the map.
