Can I hide a [module] based on device type

I can set MODULES to only be shown on desktop or mobile using the Theme/Warp Modules section.

However, if I add these to an article using the [module-xx] method then the module is shown in the article on every device - is there a way to make the module in an article only visible on certain devices (i.e. desktop or mobile)?

There may be a better way to acheive this but I have solved it using the 'Conditional Content ' extension which allows a {show device="mobile"} tag in the article.
