Re-appearance of navigation bar when scrolling

Hi,

Is there a way to change the behavior of the re-appearance of the upper navigation bar when scrolling from the bottom to the top? In standard configuration (e.g. demo.joomlaplates.com/#Ice ) you scroll down and the navigation bar appears at the top, which is good. When you scroll back up again, however, the bar first hides and then appears again which leaves a not very smooth visual effect.

if you dont like the animation you can remove it from: layouts/theme.php
