Top-C position disappears

Top-C position disappears when the window is zoomed out or when viewed with the iPad / smartphone.
There remains a small strip. The picture is not recognizable. The text is hidden.

There is another point. The main menu disappears in the mobile view.
The module position for the menu I did not find under the module settings for mobile devices.
