Positions disappear on a display 800x600 or iPad

I’ve got a problem with the template City.
When I visualize him on an iPad or on a display 800x600, the positions Logo and Offcanvas disappear.
On the other hand, all other sizes of display work (iPhone, iPad, 1366x858, 1920x1080…).
