TAGS not shown in article preview

Hello.
I have a problem with my site where I use ICE template.
Even if I checked to show tags, in the blog layout they are not visible unless I enter in the article itself.

If I change the template style to Protostar for exemple, they become visible.

How can I solve this? I need them to be shown in the "Category blog" page.
