[SOLVED] Maximum - quickstart doesn't install sample data

I have tried this a number of times. When installing the new Maximum template using the quickstart.zip it doesn't install the sample data for the Maximum website. It only shows the default joomla website. I did select the Sample Data option during installing. When logging into the admin section the website doesn't show the template or data being installed. How can I fix the quickstart.zip issue so that I can get the Maximum template with sample data installed?
