Shop Kart for Grill template

I am using the Grill template.
I edited the necessary content, I now need to implement a Kart solution.
Based on your experience could you please suggest what's the best eshop option to be used with Grill template?

Hi telemaco,
i have not used a Joomla! Shop right now.
But eShops are very sophisticated especially because of the marketing strategies and the requirements that are placed on a shop.
Is it possible to create a shop with Joomla that meets the requirements of the GDPR? - I doubt it a bit. I think this is not the purpose of the JOOMLA-CMS.
In general I suggest to use only extensions in the official joomla-extension library because of the needed support and the security.
How old is the last update of the extension - this is important to any extension.
