[SOLVED] No system output on startpage

I want to suppress the system output on the startpage (as you do in the sample).
If I select the STYLE "startsite" it IS suppressed, but on ALL pages.
I created a copy template and assigned that to the start page (in the template settings), but it seems changes in the copy are also applied to the original.

What am I missing?

Please check the system output on all your layout pages.
Maybe some layouts are assigned to a menu item
