Different page styles

Hello! I do not understand why the BIZ template according to various modular display position. On the main page some layouts, and on other pages others. I write through the translator, so I attach a screenshot. How do I make the home page appear like other pages?
For example modular position Bottom-D.

Please delete all layouts you dont need.
