Contact form not working

Hello,
the default contact form of the template does not send email. I don't get error, I'm getting success message but no email is send, not even 'Send a copy to yourself'.
The host provides also says that no email traffic is detected.
Problem started when I tried to enable reCaptcha on the contact form. I disabled reCaptcha but problems persists.
I also tried different settings at Global Configuration > Server > Mail settings.

Can you help me with the correct settings (Configuration, Contacts, Plugins, etc) for the contact form to function correctly?

sorry but I think its a Joomla problem or a Joomla setup issue with recaptcha..
Please make sure that your recpatcha is setup correctly

Same problem for me. I 've just turn off the function "Custom Reply" in Contact Form-options and everywhere other contact option. Now it's ok
