“bottom-f” position

In the template “jp-perfect2”, in the “bottom-f” position, in the “news” module (of the demo template), I have inserted a link to an article.
But by clicking on the link, the site returns to the “top-a” position without showing the article.
To see the article I have to scroll down to the "main-top" position.
How to do to see the article in the “top-a” position?
