Show module in menu position on phones

Hello!

is there a way to show an additional module which is placed in the menu-position while the main menu itself is hidden on phones? (the module is right beside of the main menu, in my case a Phoca Cart Cartmodule).
In the customizer I can't find a way to select the display behavior (Desktop, Tablet, Phone) for the menu position. So far I see it's hidden by css on small screens by default (uk-hidden-small).

An additional question: Is it possible to display an icon before the title of a module in the menu position (like the "home" in the attached example). Or just an icon and no text.

You can try to add a module class suffix > uk-hidden-small
