I am trying to set the theme color to blue was created by mrpk33

I am trying to change the theme color to blue but when i go to the customerizer . I change it there . When I refresh the page it is still orange. Please explain it so I can understand it. I hate to bother you. I set everything to blue and it still that darn orange. The website is : myragrand.org/

I ended up just modifying the default theme as nor of the other themes would stay selected after you select save. I guess you are not suppose to change the template at the top of the options,
