You can also use this tool fc-passreset:
www.fc-hosting.de/support/tools.php
To reset the password.

The instructions state that you should load "fc-passrest.php into the directory of your CMS script".
The home directory is public-html. When I start the script there it brings an error message.
To which directory does it have to be copied?

I have now deleted the databases and directories of quickstart_j4.zip and installed quickstart_j3.zip.
There are no problems with this on my Debian Linux 10.

You don't have a hosting-package and you use your own server?

Normaly the Quickstart 4 should running on your system.

Try it again.
