[SOLVED] ?tp=1. Error: WebAssetManager is locked, you came late

Hi,
I got an error when I want to see the Module positions.
WebAssetManager is locked, you came late
See:
maxfolmer.nl/ja50-bp/?tp=1
This happes today. The website shews always the Module positions. Butnot anymore.
What can I do to avoid this error?

In the mean time I found out that disable Modules Anywhere from Regular Labs solves this issue.
So, for the time being I am using the Joomla Module positions: {module id="..."}
