[SOLVED] Dumb CSS question

Hey smart people,
how do I use the existing column framework to have 2 equal sections in an article (div class="col-lg-6 col-md-12 col-sm-12") that stack on smaller screens?
Can you give me an example of first and second div? My brain clearly isn't working today.
