empty astroid layout

i am working with joomlaplates for years. today i installed tp-hotel in ,y joomla and when i goe to astroid and layout the feald is empty. see attachement. how to solve this ???

That's correct. No Quickstart package was installed. Only the template and the Astroid Framework. You need to click on 'New Layout' and create your own layout.

Alternatively, you can use the Quickstart package.

i did create a new layout but after saving and reopening no layout was visible.
And are there no layouts when installing new templates from you when you update them?

You have to save twice:

 

 

Then, you can choose yor Layout:
