Yesterday i bought template solution and paid via our paypal account. But i still have a valid subscription which means i can download the template. Is it possible to get a refund for the payment i did yeterday or a discount from that ammount on our renewal?

Hi there,
why you buy a template if you have a membership??
Give me your usernam and I can give you an additional month, but I can not give you a refund.
