template vs quickstart

Dear Sir,
We bought a template (Ultimate) from yr company. When we downloaded we learned that there are two ways to install yr template
1- one through installing the template directly via Joomla or
2 via Quickstart. As we allready installed Joomla 3 we couldn't install via Quikstart.
When we start building we found that some of the functions look quite different as the Demo.
Like the Logo and the boxes for the lightbox. We would like to have the same possibillities as the Quickstart installation offers regarding the Logo and the lightbox. As we paid the same amount that seems only fair. Can you please provide us with the nessecary information to make this work out.

Some demo quickstart packages are different because there are no images included and some other parts are different too.
