Problem downloading template files

Hi there,
On May 16th purchased a template from Joomlaplates (JP Life template) but i am facing problems when trying to download the files.
All of my attempts to download the files on May 16th failed either from Firefox or from Chrome browser. I tried once more one day later but the system displayed a message that i reached the maximum number of downloads.
Could you please assist me to download the files?

I have reset the download limit.
But please disable any download accelerator, or use Google chrome in privat modus.
