Installation service?

I purchased the power template last week, as well as the installation service the next day. I have not received any form of email about the website template installation, since I finished filling out my details in the installation form. It has been over a week since I purchased both of these and nothing has been done to my website. Is there any estimation on how long this usually takes for it to be done?
