Purchase and no download possible

Hello,
I bought the template work for joomla 3.x, the payment confirmation paypal is ok. I sent you two unanswered emails from you. So I paid the template but I can not download it, I have not received any download link from you and I can not find anything in the customer area.
Thank you for answering me because it is more than 24 hours that I wait.

Hi there,
we sent the template to the email address, that Paypal has set as default. Please look to your spamfolder.

Otherwise give us an alternate email address, where we can send the template again.
And please give us the Paypal Transaction ID to verify your payment.
