My subscription does not allow me to download

Hello,

I joined a 3 Months Membership (from 21.10.2017 To 21.01.2018). So it is still active.

I downloaded only FENYA template early on October. No issues.

But now (with my membership still active) I cannot download any templates. Website always says I have to pay.

Can you please help me?
