Main Menu problems was created by the social effect

Hi,
I have a problem with the main menu. One of the entries is "What we do" and is a text separator, because once you move your mouse on it, it turns in a drop down menu showing our 4 kinds of services. The problem is that the drop down menu is shown only in the Homepage, while if you try to open it from any other page (about, contacts, blog..) it's not shown. Moreover, in these cases if you click on the text separator it brings you back to the Homepage. There's no way I can fix it.

Hello,
sorry but I can not see any of thee problems. See image attached.
Maybe you should clean your Joomla and Browser cache!
And please make sure that you have disabled all caching system plugins too
